                                                  CLASS DESCRIPTION    

 

                                                  Tabata Bootcamp

 Tabata Bootcamp (HIIT) is a high-intensity interval training workout that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. It’s a total body workout that’s great for all fitness levels.

 

                                                       Tight N Tone

 

Tight N Tone is a 30 minute weight lifting class, design to help you build muscle, tone your thighs, legs, arms and  tummy. Great for beginners, intermediate and advance levels.

 

                                                             Zumba

 

           No one should go through life thinking exercise is boring and not fun. In Dance Fitness, your

             workout will feel like a play date or escape with your best friends, while having a killer workout.

 

                                                          Kickboxing

            Whether you’re looking to increase strength, confidence, coordination, or you’re just after an   amazing cardio workout, kickboxing will keep you coming back for more.  

Hoop Fitness

An unorthodox FUN low impact  full body workout, perfect for beginners and all fitness levels
